Kevin Dill’s family has been helping to build and remodel the homes of Lee’s Summit and the Kansas City metropolitan area for nearly seven decades. As a fourth-generation contractor, his family’s commitment to this community and customer service has led to the success of what is now Dill Enterprises.
Kevin’s great-grandfather started his business in Lee’s Summit in the 1950s. His grandfather, John Peters, was an independent contractor who served on the Lee’s Summit planning commission, helping to establish many of the building codes still in effect today. Paul Dill, Kevin’s father, developed several Lee’s Summit neighborhoods, building and remodeling homes for more than 40 years. Kevin launched Dill Enterprises in 2000, with his father and great uncle, Lester Patterson.
This multi-generation background gives Kevin and his wife Diana a sense of old fashioned values, which along with their a modern outlook on style and design drives their work.
